Story

In 2005, Pierre Etienne was called to come back to his native city, Les Cayes to continue preaching Christ after twelve years passed in different remote country sides around the South of Haiti in ministering and leading people for the Lord Jesus Christ by establishing about five local churches over years.

However, I was blessed to work with Donald and Sandy Miller from Clifton Heights Christian Church of Louisville, Kentucky for about ten years then.

Don, 74 years old has made a brain storming (stroke) in 2016 and Sandy his wife passed away last year.

Pierre Etienne and Rose Marie are married since June 24, 1999. God is on our way over the years. Together, we have three children, Pierre Robens 23, Étienne Steph 20 and Séphora 7. They are very kind in obedience. We love them very much.

Statement of faith

What we believe and preach

As Christ’s followers, we believe in the great commission

(Matthew 28 : 18-20). This is the only way to be in the body of Christ, his church that he is the head. (Colossians 1 : 18)

This commission calls everyone, from every where regardless every culture to receive God’s grace through His holy Son, Jesus Christ by faith.

Church is the holy God’s family gathering to share love, peace and joy with sincere fellowship where God’s word is the only authority.

The New Testament is our convenient with God throughout the blood of His Son. Then, this is the beginning of the eternal life with God.

How to become a member

  • Hear and develop faith to the gospel (Romans 10 : 17)
  • Repent as a sinner (Acts 2 : 38)
  • Confess freely the authority of Jesus (Romans 10 : 9-10)
  • Get baptized unto water (Acts 8: 36-38)
  • Receive the Holy Spirit as God’s gift to all believers (Acts 2 : 38)

About the communion known also as the Lord’s supper

Every Sunday, all the believers share the bread and wine in memory of the crucifixion of Jesus (Acts 20 : 7). This practice is designed to let us stay connected with the sufferings of Jesus for us.

Immersion baptism is a visible sign of the commitment between human and God throughout Jesus Christ by the faith. We become the sons of God.
